Daikin Kings Inspiration Day 2021

Daikin Kings honoured in Your Daikin World in Vienna

Press Information, September 2021

Highest turnover, highest customer satisfaction and great innovative projects in fiscal year 2020 are the three categories for the Daikin Kings awarded among 1,600 installation and distribution partners in the region of Daikin Central Europe.

Vienna, September 2021 – More than 40 Daikin Kings followed the invitation to come to Your Daikin World, Vienna’s new co-creation location, to celebrate their great results during the international Daikin Kings Inspiration Day 2021 hosted by Daikin Central Europe’s headquarters.

“After physical distancing for more than 1,5 years, it feels great to be together again, meet our partners face-to-face and celebrate the Daikin Kings. These loyal partners significantly contributed to our success of having achieved a regional turnover of 289 Million Euro in fiscal year 2020. They guarantee high customer satisfaction and bring new ideas and innovative projects to the HVAC-R market. We are very proud to offer our customers, investors and stakeholders the industry’s biggest sales and service network with 1,600 partners in our region. The Daikin Kings are an important part of it and motivate all our installers and distributors to shape the future of our business”, said Carl Lievens, Managing Director Daikin Central Europe, during the award ceremony.

Co-creating a unique climate

On the program were not just guided tours through the recently opened “Your Daikin World” that offers plenty of opportunities to experience HVAC-R solutions via augmented reality, but also visits to Daikin’s unique Training Center.

The top management gave an outlook on the 5-year business strategy called “Fusion25” and invited all participants to a series of inspiring breakout sessions to get more insights, co-create and discuss key topics such as customer-centricity, indoor air quality or total solution business. On the agenda were also the current review of the EU’s F-Gas regulation and its influence on the HVAC-R industry as well as Daikin’s plans for commercial refrigeration covering the entire cold chain.

“We want to become the no. 1 desired partner in co-creating a unique climate in all aspects of our business. Listening to the markets, thinking outside the box and the vivid exchange with our loyal partners help us to transform our business from B2B to B2C together with them and achieve one of our 5-years business strategy targets: to double our turnover to 600 million Euro by 2025 as leading HVAC-R-provider”, said Markus Haas, Authorized Officer Daikin Central Europe, who is heading the strategic business units.
