Globally, we are more than 80,000 employees. At Daikin Central Europe our team counts more than 450 colleagues responsible for our sales and service business in 16 Central and Eastern European countries. Dating back to as early as 1999, we have been delivering the highest Japanese engineering skills derived from European manufacturing combined with a strong customer orientation.
Aiming to actively contribute to the dynamic change of the global Daikin group on a regional and local level with plenty of impactful initiatives, we are looking for open minded professionals and new talents.

Daikin Central Europe's headquarters is responsible for 16 countries in Central and Eastern Europe. We are part of a global brand, but know our local markets. Our colleagues in our Sales and Service Offices and our Sales and Service Agents bring in the voices from the markets and together, we develop our company and improve our offer every day. Our headquarters is located in the same office building as Daikin Austria in Vienna's 23rd district.
We are international, with Japanese roots
Daikin was founded in Japan and is now active across the globe. These roots ground us and play a decisive role in shaping our corporate culture. Consensus in decision-making and the Kaizen principle of continuous improvement are part of our philosophy.
