Under the lead of trainconsulting – an agency which supports DAIKIN during its change management process - the conference took place in which focus points for the next years were discussed and a common understanding of our strategy and direction was created, bearing in minds that all actions should be customers and consumers oriented.
During this weekend DAIKIN strengthened the relationship towards each colleage and realised once again, how important it is to have a great spirit – with great people we can do great things!
