Firmly grounded in our Corporate Ethics, CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) continuously has a strong role in our business culture. “Daikin for life” summarizes activities and donations in the Daikin Central Europe region with the background of giving something back to nature and society.

Corporate Ethics

Daikin’s Corporate Ethics are the framework of our decision-making. It is the personal responsibility and obligation of each member of the Daikin Group to respect high ethical and legal standards of conduct in both letter and spirit, whether or not imposed by law.

Transparency

Since 2008, the Daikin Group has participated in the United Nations Global Compact that sets ten principles spanning the four areas of human rights, labor, environment and anti-corruption. Daikin also endorsed the recommendations of the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) in 2019 and is focusing now on the additional disclosure of environmental, social and governance data (ESG).
