The Ban Centar is a development of luxury homes, offices and shops in the heart of the Croatian capital, Zagreb.
The new building, which is next to Zagreb’s main square, has eight storeys and five basement levels (four given over to car parking), with commercial and office space on the ground and first floors and 66 apartments on the upper storeys.
The apartments are cooled by Daikin Split, Multi-Split and Mini VRV systems.
Commercial spaces are served by Daikin VRV cold region and heat recovery heat pumps. Additionally, a supermarket on the ground floor uses a Daikin Conveni-Pack system to provide efficient integrated refrigeration and climate control by recovering up to 100% of waste heat from refrigeration to heat the store.
The apartments feature intelligent facility management systems, allowing residents to coordinate the control of lighting, climate, alarms, door locks and video systems.

A combination of VRV cold region and heat recovery heat pumps serve the commercial spaces of the building.

Daikin’s ducted, floor mounted and floor standing units integrate seamlessly with the stylish interiors.

The apartments feature intelligent systems integrating lighting, climate, alarms, door locks and CCTV systems.
