Centar Bundek, next to Park Bundek in Zagreb, comprises several office and residential buildings.
Alongside 22,000m2 of offices, 5,000m2 of commercial space and a private school, there are 225 apartments in an eight storey building.
Daikin supplied the entire climate control solution for Centar Bundek.
VRV III and VRV Cold region heat pumps are at the heart of a monovalent system providing heating and cooling to the offices, café, supermarket and school. Fresh air is supplied by Daikin VAM heat reclaim ventilation units that recover heat to help reduce system load and increase efficiency.
Daikin Split and Multi-split systems were installed in the apartments, serving a mix of indoor cassettes and floor standing units.

The 65 VRV outdoor units supply more than 700 indoor units across the Centar Bundek.

The indoor cassettes match the modern interior, keeping offices and classrooms comfortable all year round.

The bank’s internal climate is controlled by an intelligent Touch Manager unit linked to the building management system via a LON Gateway.
