The Roztoky Science Park offers space to start-up businesses researching and developing innovative vehicle technologies.
The building has 4,200m2 of flexible office space that can be adapted according to tenants’ needs and, as a result, required a climate control solution that was equally flexible; one that could be adapted quickly and easily.
Daikin’s VRV heat recovery system was the perfect choice. VRV’s modular nature means it can be adapted floor-by-floor to match changes in building use.
The system offers high levels of efficiency by integrating heating, cooling and ventilation, recovering waste heat from areas requiring cooling and using it to heat other areas.
At the Roztoky Science Park HVAC is controlled by a Daikin intelligent Touch Manager building management system, giving tenants control over the climate of their individual offices and ensuring they only pay for the energy they use.

The VRV heat recovery system takes waste heat from areas being cooled and uses it to heat other parts of the building.

The intelligent Touch Manager provides centralised control of the HVAC system and and ensures occupants only pay for the energy they use.

Daikin’s user-friendly controls allow tenants to set the temperature of their offices.
