I am trying to add a unit to my user account, but the app is not able to make a connection with the unit. What do I do?

Close all Daikin Residential Controller AND Daikin Online Heating Controller apps that are running on your mobile device, and start the Daikin Residential Controller app again. If this does not solve the issue, try rebooting the unit and/or its network gateway, or contact your installer.
