Are you interested in…
- Being responsible for all Human Resources processes in our local organization?
- Supporting the local organization in growth and development, being a sparring partner for the management team?
- Recruiting and onboarding of new employees?
- Designing and organizing trainings?
- Working in a strong local team as well as cooperating with the regional HR-team of HQ and in CE-region?
- Participating in regional HR-projects?
- Observing the market and detecting new trends?
- Being responsible for HR administration throughout the business year (payroll preparation, promotion cycle, feedback talks,…)?
Profile
Do you bring along…
- Min. 5 years work experience in a generalistic HR function
- A Master university degree (Business, Psychology or law)
- Systemic thinking
- Good Knowledge of Croatian labour law
- Joy in working with people
- High level of motivation, organizational skills and independent working style, and not to forget, humor 😃
- A professional communication style
- Fluent English skills
