Lowering operation costs while staying operational
The existing HVAC-R system was installed in 2007. After 13 years, a system update was preferred to enhance efficiency. The latest technological advancements of new Daikin systems ensure a future-proof and energy-saving operation while keeping a top level comfort. Even the existing indoor units and piping could be reused, so there was no need to close the hotel for a renovation.
With this system update an efficiency increase of 30 % was achieved right from the start. Compared with a complete new installation this was reached with a much lower investment. The fast and gradual installation reduced business disturbances to a minimum and allowed to keep the hotel open during the whole installation process.
