ZEAS units are factory-assembled and its reduced footprint makes installation in small spaces easy. Its modular design maximises installation flexibility because you can group outdoor units in blocks or rows, or distribute them around the building based on your needs. The built-in controls and automated optimisation features allow you to install a ZEAS unit as a plug-and-play solution. With the best surface-to-capacity ratio on the market, it also provides you with enormous savings in terms of space. Wide temperature range
For larger capacities, you can combine two ZEAS outdoor units in parallel and use only one main suction and liquid line. ZEAS is available in different capacity ranges from 5 to 40 HP and delivers the required refrigeration capacity to third-party equipment such as open showcases, glass door freezers and evaporators.

Built-in, smart controls ensure that your unit always operates safely and efficiently. You can also connect your refrigeration unit to a third-party monitoring system through our Daikin Modbus interface.
After experiencing exceptional energy savings with Daikin VRV in their Netherlands shop, the owner wanted to install a Daikin system in their Aruba hypermarket. After detailed analysis, we installed a mix of 15 ZEAS units together with 18 VRV units to provide the shop with an extremely reliable system to ensure that the food products remain fresh and cool at all times.
A traditional artisanal brewery housed in a historic building in eastern Germany required a space-saving climate solution. The brewery is not only a production and storage facility, but also home to a bar where visitors can come and enjoy the beer. With a volatile demand in terms of ambient temperatures, we installed a ZEAS system to ensure that the beer is brewed, stored and served at perfect temperature.
3. Meat processing factory
The owners of a large meat processing plant in Germany asked us to design an process cooling system to precisely control the temperatures in multiple cold rooms, processing units and storage rooms. We installed a combination of 10 ZEAS units to create an energy efficient solution that came equipped with complete unit redundancy and a pressure loss fail-safe . The modular design meant that we could stack them very close to the evaporators and significantly reduce the installation space and time.
As a historic building located in the ultra-modern la Defence area of Paris, this leading restaurant required a modern and highly efficient refrigeration solution. Faced with many restrictions due to the building's historical significance, we selected a ZEAS system , because of the range's flexibility. We installed the main unit in the stairwell leading to the roof, which required a top-blow unit with exceptionally long piping . With ZEAS, you can design the system to suit your building, while still achieving the highest energy efficiency.
5. Event hall
A well-known 17,000-seat event location in the Netherlands hosts over 100 events with around 1,000,000 visitors each year. There is high demand put on the refrigeration system during events with 114 cold displays and freezer units, but when the hall is not in use, much lower demands occur. Therefore, the system needs to be highly energy efficient at both peak demand and partial loads, which ZEAS is engineered to handle with ease. We installed 6 large and 2 small units to accommodate the demand with the lowest energy consumption.
