Daikin360 expands service capabilities across Central Europe

Press release, August 2025

Vienna, August 2025 – Daikin Central Europe announced the launch of Daikin360, a comprehensive service framework that provides businesses with single-source support throughout their HVAC-R system lifecycle. From commissioning and real-time monitoring to emergency repairs and sustainable solutions, Daikin360 consolidates all service offerings under one integrated partnership.

This new framework reflects Daikin's evolution from an equipment manufacturer to a full-service partner. While the company has long been recognized for its high-quality HVAC-R systems, maintaining optimal performance requires ongoing expertise and support. Daikin360 addresses this need by providing customers across Central Europe with comprehensive tools, technology, and services to ensure year-round reliability, efficiency, and control.

Seven integrated solutions form the foundation of Daikin360

  1. Connect & Maintain: Proactive maintenance combined with cloud-based monitoring to maximize uptime and system efficiency
  2. Optimize: Strategic compressor overhauls at factory-recommended intervals to extend equipment life
  3. Modernize: System upgrades and retrofits that deliver the latest technology without full replacement costs
  4. Replacements: Fully managed solutions that minimize downtime and disruption
  5. Sustainable Business: Environmental services, including refrigerant recovery and Loop by Daikin circular solutions
  6. Rentals: Flexible temporary cooling and heating for emergencies or planned events
  7. Repairs & Training: Rapid parts delivery, expert technical support, and Daikin Academy certification programs

To support ongoing performance and reliability, Daikin360 combines expert service with two powerful cloud-based management tools:

  • Daikin Cloud Plus, designed for VRV, Sky Air, and ventilation systems, enables multi-site management and intelligent automation.
  • Daikin OnSite, built for chillers and air handling units, provides predictive diagnostics and real-time performance data.

Together, these platforms help customers optimize energy use, prevent failures, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Addressing Central Europe's changing requirements

Rising energy prices and evolving EU environmental regulations are prompting businesses across Central Europe to rethink how they manage their HVAC-R systems. Daikin360 offers a proactive approach – combining predictive maintenance, energy optimization, and sustainable practices in a single, integrated solution. It’s built to help organizations stay ahead of shifting requirements, control costs, and operate more efficiently while contributing to broader climate goals.

Daikin360 is now available to commercial and industrial customers throughout Central Europe.
